ESA, AE Ventures Announce Partnership to Transform Annual Leadership Summit
Leading trade association teams with award-winning event manager to add hosted-guest element and attract top executives from influential, high-volume security integration and monitoring companies.Jan. 6, 2010 – The Electronic Security Association (ESA), formerly NBFAA, announced today its plans to work with AE Ventures to add new program elements to the ESA Leadership Summit held in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area each January. AE Ventures will assume overall management of the event and add a hosted-guest element to the beginning of the conference. Specific dates and venue for the 2011 event will be announced at the 2010 Summit in Ft. Worth next week.
The highly influential integrator members of the ESA board of directors, executive committee, committee chairs and senior executives from the top dollar volume members of ESA will be eligible for hosting benefits. Hosting benefits include air fare, ground transportation in the host city, food and beverage and lodging. In recognition of these benefits, guests agree to attend all Summit general sessions, boardroom presentations and one-on-one meetings with vendor sponsors. Guests have the opportunity to mingle and share best practices and business ideas with other industry leaders, attend general sessions offering compelling management information and advice and get in-depth communications with prospective vendor partners.
Chief benefits for vendors choosing boardroom sponsorships offered through the event are guaranteed by-appointment high-quality interactions with senior decision makers from industry leading companies and the opportunity to present product and programs to attendees. Vendors can also sponsor social functions and general sessions to project their brands and key messages to the entire Summit audience.
The second half of the event will feature the association meetings, social functions and topical seminars traditionally offered at the ESA Leadership Summit.
“We are thrilled to be working with AE Ventures to produce a new version of the ESA Leadership Summit that will offer enhanced value to leaders, members and vendor sponsors,” says Mike Miller, president of ESA. “The re-engineered event will build upon an already strong and satisfied audience, bringing in new influential attendees, improved content and expanded vendor participation from all facets of the industry–video surveillance, access control, intrusion and fire alarms, custom electronics and more.”
“ESA is an extremely strong association with progressive leadership and some of the largest and most powerful integration and monitoring companies within its membership,” says John Galante, president of AE Ventures. “We are looking forward to applying our strong expertise in the development of hosted-guest events to the security industry and creating a win-win-win event for ESA, its integrator members and supplier associate members.”
